I do basically the same thing, but I don't have a gadget. I just use a wooden spoon and do it over a large bowl. I found a video on YouTube of a guy who deseeds them the same way I do. Here's the link:http://youtu.be/jJ7dk9nDR-k
You are adorable and i must try this magical tool. I an like Sean in my pomegranate eatin'!
I don't eat poms, but I do like to see people try gadgets..that was funny...lol. Glad sean gets some poms...andyour follower list is at 666...I don't know if I am following..but even if I am I shall follow again. That's hinky.
Yay...a new vlog! I've never dissected a pomegranate before. My only experience with it has been with the few bits in my Chobani. Watching you beat that thing with two spoons was very amusing. I'm totally buying my first pomegranate this week and beating it into submission. :)
Great to see you back TJ. If my husband was a drummer instead of a bass player, he'd be all over this gadget. Hope all is well down in your world.
You are awesome and should do videos more often. Not sure I could be bothered with that contraption.
I didn't think it was going to work but it did! We do it the old fashioned way picking them out in a bowl of water but it works well!
Loved this Tracey! I also was skeptical about it actually working with just the spoons, but it did. So I was out at the store and picked up a pom. I don't have the gadget, but I think I'm going to improvise. Watching this reminded me of how much I love poms! :)
I have an easier way to do it without the gadget.http://gourmetfood.about.com/od/cookingtechniques/ss/cutpomegranate.htmGreat to see you vlogging though :)
Interesting little contraption. I basically cut it in four pieces and soak them in water then peel it back and the seeds pop out. Either way the juice gets everywhere but its worth it!Hope you had a good Thanksgiving!
I loved this vlog ! It really works!!
